01 Our Services

Profusion Home Solutions connects homeowners with vetted installation and service partners for home improvement programs, including (but not limited to) solar, HVAC, windows, insulation, and related services. We coordinate consultations and appointments between homeowners and our partner network. The actual installation and service work is performed by our independent partners.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our services or provide your information to us.

03 User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only.
• Honor scheduled appointments and notify us of changes in a timely manner.
• Treat our team members and partners with respect.

04 SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages from Profusion Home Solutions, the following applies:

• We may send SMS messages regarding appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, billing, customer service, and account updates.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointment schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

05 Appointments and Consultations

Appointments scheduled through our team are subject to availability of our partners. We make every effort to confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments, but we are not responsible for missed appointments due to factors outside our control. Rescheduling or cancellation should be communicated to our team as early as possible.

06 Partner Services

Installation, service, financing, and warranty work is provided by our independent installation and service partners. Profusion Home Solutions does not directly perform such work and is not a party to any contract you enter into with a partner. Any disputes regarding the partner's work or services should be addressed directly with the partner.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the work, products, or representations of our installation and service partners.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profusion Home Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services, our website, or any service provided by a partner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of abusive behavior, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
