Our Customers · Why we get up in the morning

The homeowner is the customer. The math is the product.

ProFusion is not a lead-generation company. We don't sell the homeowner to the highest-bidding contractor. The homeowner is who we work for. The Score is what we deliver. The match is how we keep the promise. Real outcomes. Real reviews. Real stories below.

01 · Why we exist

A homeowner shouldn't have to fight for the right answer.

Most home improvement decisions are permanent. A heat pump lives in your basement for fifteen years. A roof lives over your head for thirty. The choice you make in the next ninety days will be felt every month for the next decade.

Before ProFusion, that choice was a black box. The homeowner walked into a quote meeting with no benchmark, no idea which rebates stacked, and no way to tell whether the proposal in front of them was the right call or the cheapest call. So they Googled. They asked their brother-in-law. They picked the contractor who answered the phone first. And sometimes that worked out. Often it didn't.

We built ProFusion because the math is doable. It's just not a homeowner's job to do it. Our job is to do it for them, hand them the answer, and stand behind the recommendation when the truck arrives. That's the company. That's the whole company.

The promise

If you read the report and the math is wrong, that's on us. If the installer doesn't show up the way we said they would, that's on us too.

02 · How we deliver

Three things we own. End to end.

A Score isn't a brochure. It's a working answer to a specific question: what should this house do first, what will it cost, and how much comes back. We deliver it, we keep it current, and we stand behind it.

1
We read the house.

Address in. Tariff, climate zone, roof orientation, envelope assumptions, mechanical baseline. The Score reflects your house, not a national average.

2
We pull the rebate stack.

Federal, state, and utility incentives synced weekly. When MassSave changes a cap or NYSERDA opens an income tier, the report changes the same week.

3
We stand behind the match.

If a ProFusion-matched installer doesn't deliver, we hear about it, we follow up, and the installer re-earns their spot. Or they don't.

i.
We listen before we recommend.

Every report starts with what the homeowner is actually trying to solve. A high bill is a different conversation than a leaky window or a planned sale. The Score is the same engine; the recommendation is the answer to your question.

ii.
We follow up after the truck leaves.

A check-in at thirty days. Another at one year. We track whether the savings showed up the way the report said they would, and we tell you what we learned. Most platforms vanish after the sale. We don't.

iii.
We share what we know, free.

The Score is free. The rebate research is free. The installer match is free. We are paid by the installer network when a job runs, not by the homeowner. The recommendation is the math, not a sales pitch.

03 · What homeowners said

Real reviews. Public, verifiable, traceable.

Every review below is a real screenshot from a public platform — Google, BBB, Trustpilot, or our installer-partner pages. We don't moderate, edit, or curate. The good, the great, and the ones that taught us something. All linked back to the source.

04 · Hear them tell it

Customer stories. In their own words.

A two-minute video carries more truth than two paragraphs of marketing copy. Three of our homeowners agreed to sit down and talk about what they did, what it cost, what came back, and what they'd tell a neighbor who asked.

Video slot · testimonial-video-1
A 60-to-120-second testimonial. Documentary tone. Customer in their own home, sitting on their couch or at their kitchen table. Cover image (16:9) plus the actual MP4. Talks about what brought them to ProFusion, what the report showed, what they upgraded, what changed.
Cover: 1920×1080px · 16:9 · JPG/PNG. Video: MP4 H.264 1080p
Replace with homeowner first name
Solar · State, City

One-sentence framing of what's in the video. Example: "Talks about the heating-bill spike that started the conversation and how the rebate stack changed the calculus."

Video slot · testimonial-video-2
A second testimonial covering a different upgrade category and a different state. Variety matters: solar in MA reads differently than heat pumps in VT.

Heat Pumps · State, City

One-sentence framing. Example: "Came in expecting to replace a boiler. The Score showed insulation first. Came back two winters later with proof."

Video slot · testimonial-video-3
A third testimonial. Could be a longer-form interview about a multi-phase project (insulation, then heat pump, then solar) so the "we follow up" promise has video proof.
Cover: 1920×1080px · 16:9 · JPG/PNG. Video: MP4 H.264 1080p
Replace with homeowner first name
Multi-phase · State, City

One-sentence framing. Example: "Three years in. Three projects sequenced. Talks about what landed first and why we said wait on the rest."

If you'd be open to telling your story on camera, we'd love to hear it. We'll come to you. We pay for nothing and edit for clarity, not flattery.
