The honest FAQ.
Actual questions that come up in the first installer conversation.
Is the rate going down?
Yes, a 10% decrease was scheduled for March 13, 2026. Once enrolled, your rate locks for 15 years.
How is the SuSI rate set?
The rate is locked at the moment your system is registered with the BPU, and that rate holds for the full 15-year term. New registrations get the current rate; existing registrations keep whatever rate they locked in.
